Depository Services
Online Securities Limited is a Depository Participant (DP) licensed by Securities Board of Nepal and is the Member of CDS & Clearing Limited. We have opened 20,000 + Demat accounts and providing DP service.
We provide following services to our clients:
Opening DEMAT account.
Dematerialization and Re-materialization of securities.
Maintain record of securities in the electronic form.
Settlement trades by transferring/recording the securities in BO accounts.
Deposit the non-financial corporate benefits (such as bonus, right share etc.) issued by issuers in the DEMAT account of BOs.
Pledging/unpledging of dematerialized securities.
Change of beneficial ownership (Family transfer,death transfer = amongst others).
Transfer of company returns (right shares, cash /stock dividends) in the DEMAT account and corresponding bank account whenever applicable.
